Tickets* to our end-of-the-year awards banquet on Friday, May 31, 2024, at 6:30 pm at the Clovis Veteran’s Memorial District. The ticket includes dinner and dessert.

*Physical tickets will not be given. We will have a guest list of all ticket orders at the door.

Student Dance! BHS Instrumental Music students who attend the banquet may also attend a student dance after the banquet at the same venue from 9pm-11pm.

All BHS band, colorguard, orchestra, and percussion students must purchase a ticket and attend the event. For any student with a financial need, please stop by the band office; we’ll be glad to help you!

This is a formal event and not appropriate for small children. Guests should include those who have actively supported the student on their instrumental music journey.

Menu: Pane House Salad with Tomatoes and Croutons Caesar Salad, Penne Pasta with Sausage, Penne Pesto Pasta (Vegetarian), …and dessert!
