Student Transportation: No transportation provided.
Doors Open: 6:15pm

Important Reminders
We will not report to ASI before the concert, so be sure to bring your instrument home from school!
There is no transportation provided to and from this event - be sure to arrange your own transportation.
Out of respect for fellow audience members and spectators as well as copyright laws, please do not video record Buchanan/Alta Sierra Instrumental Music Performances. Thank you for your cooperation.

Students are required to stay for the entire concert.
Percussion: Please bring all equipment. Mr. Avery will provide a list.
Packing List
Instrument, music, sticks, etc.
Concert Attire: Red ASI Instrumental Music Polos w/black pants, black socks, black shoes, black belt, etc.
Case Storage
ASI Bands (2nd, 4th, & 7th Periods): Back cement-floored hallway
ASI Concert Orchestra (6th Period): North Carpeted Hallway
ASI Advanced Orchestra (1st Period): South Carpeted Hallway:
Concert Itinerary
6:00pm Report to Paul Shaghoian Concert Hall. Get your instrument out in the area listed above and report to your assigned row in the concert hall with your instrument and music.
6:15pm All groups (except Concert Orchestra) seated in the audience.
6:30pm Concert Begins
ASI Concert Orchestra (6th Period). Exit stage right through side stage doors, put instruments away, and return to seat.
ASI Concert Band (4th Period Band/Percussion & 7th Period Band). Exit stage right through side stage doors, put instruments away, and return to seat.
ASI Advanced Orchestra (1st Period). Exit stage left through side stage doors, put instruments away, and return to seat.
ASI Symphonic Band (2nd Period Woodwinds, Brass & Percussion).
~8:00pm Concert Ends (Approximately). Meet your parents in the lobby of the concert hall!
